Veronica Ulanowski

Veronica C. Ulanowski, 86, Duluth, died Thursday, February 24, 2022, at St. Luke’s Hospital.

Veronica was born January 13, 1936 to Walter and Mary Ann Kozienski in Chicago.

Veronica retired from the U. S. Post Office in Duluth.  Veronica’s passion was caregiving and nurturing her many grandchildren.  She was a devoted mother, grandmother and wonderful friend.

Veronica loved the beauty and peace of Lake Superior and the North Shore. She loved to travel in her younger days.

Veronica was preceded in death by her beloved sons, Lawrence “Larry,” and Michael, along with his wife, Karen.

Veronica is survived by her daughter, Mary Frances Brown and Rick; daughter, Deborah Joan Wu and Ed; her son, William Donald Keserich; her grandchildren, Timothy Keserich; Elizabeth, Nicholas, Victoria, Cassandra Wu; Amy and Holly Ulanowski; Johnathon Ulanowski, Jessica Carr and Michael Ulanowski.

“Honor Thy Mother, Grandmother and Friend” service will be held on Saturday, March 5, at 1:30 p.m. at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 304 Third Avenue, Two Harbors, Minnesota.  A cremation burial will be held at the Lakeview Cemetery in the Spring.  To share your memories or condolences online, please visit www.cavallinfuneralhome.com.
