Theodore Youngberg

Theodore E. ” Ted” Youngberg, 60, of Silver Bay died unexpectedly on Sunday May 24, 2020 at Lake View Memorial Hospital in Two Harbors.

Teddy was born April 17, 1960 to Elwood and Carol (Koslakiewicz) Youngberg in Duluth and was a lifelong resident of Silver Bay. After graduating from high school in Silver Bay, he was employed at various jobs, spending the last 20 years self-employed as owner and operator of Teddy’s Plumbing and Heating.

He was a past member of Beaver Bay Township Board and loved spending time outdoors, especially trap shooting.

He is survived by his parents, Elwood and Carol Youngberg; siblings, Annette (Manley) Olson and Joseph Youngberg; sister-in-law, Sarah Brown; and niece and nephews, Tina, Daniel, and Matthew.

Visitation will be from 10 AM until the 11 AM Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Silver Bay.
