Stephen Mickle, 43, of Columbia Heights, died unexpectedly on Friday, September 1, 2017 at his home.
He was born on October 13, 1973 to James and Mary (Zapolski) Mickle in Two Harbors, MN and later St. Paul, where he graduated from high school. He was employed as a carpenter in the Twin Cities.
Stephen enjoyed music, fishing and boating. He had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed making people laugh.
He was preceded in death by his father, James; and grandparents.
Stephen is survived by his children, Riley, Stephen, and Wyatt, and their mother Dana Hendrickson. He is also survived by his mother, Mary; sisters and brothers, Rene (Anthony) Susnik, Joe Mickle, Patrick (Ruth) Mickle, Elizabeth Nelson, Jimmy Mickle, Michelle (Russ) deBrito, and Daniel Mickle; friend Heather and her family; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be from 5 PM until the 7 PM Rosary service on Monday, September 11th, at Cavallin Funeral Home, Two Harbors. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM Tuesday September 12th at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Two Harbors. Burial will be at Lakeview Cemetery.
