Sherry Welsh

Sherry Lyn Welsh, 62, of Osage Beach, Missouri, died Wednesday June 18, 2014 at University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.
She was born August 12, 1951 to Gordon and Joyce Molitor in Duluth, Minnesota. Sherry grew up in Two Harbors and graduated from Two Harbors High School in 1969. She then attended Duluth Technical Institute for one year, graduating with honors. Sherry met her future lifelong husband of 38 years , Dennis Welsh in the early 70's, and they were married in 1976. She resided in Branson, Missouri for 20 years where she was self employed. She then moved to her final residence in Osage Beach for 15 years, being self employed and ending her career at Walmart.
Sherry loved the outdoors, plants and flowers, and enjoyed her collection of Betty Boop memorabilia. She had a special affection towards wild animals and pets. Sherry is remembered as having a very loving and caring heart towards humanity.
Sherry was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Joyce Molitor; and brother, Dan Molitor.
She is survived by her husband, Dennis Welsh; sisters, Judy Holland, Pam (Mitch) Sandess, and Jillene Innis; brother, Gary Molitor; and 9 nephews and nieces.
Memorial Service will be held 2 PM Saturday, June 28, 2014 at First Baptist Church in Two Harbors, Minnesota
