Russell S. Bagge, 98, Two Harbors, died Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at home.
He was born October 6, 1913 to Eden and Hilda (Smith) Bagge in Maiden Rock, Wisconsin. He moved to New Brighton, Minnesota at the age of three where he attended school. Russell worked for George Benz and Sons, Lull Engineering and Pine Bend School System. He retired and moved to Lutsen with his wife Rosalie in 1977 and Two Harbors in July 2000. Russell enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening.
He is preceded in death by his parents and 6 brothers and sisters.
Russell is survived by wife Rosalie; son Larry (Susan) of Shakopee; two daughters Pauline Bagge Gilbertson of Two Harbors and Linda (Gary) Bagge Olsen of Bismarck, ND; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law Russell Cameron; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be from 1 PM until the 2 PM Service on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at Cavallin Funeral Home in Two Harbors. Burial at Lakeview Cemetery.
