Rodney "Sonny" Roff

Rodney G. “Sonny” Roff, 77, of Two Harbors, died Thursday, November 26, 2020 at Waterview Shores.

He was born on May 5, 1943 to George and Hilda (Forsell) Roff in Duluth, where he grew up and attended school. He moved to Two Harbors in 1965 and was employed by Reserve Mining and later Maher Trucking.

He enjoyed, motorcycling, camping, and fishing.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Sonny is survived by his daughters, Kathryn (Dave) Hubbartt, Karrie (John) Seeber, and Kristie (Harnath) Roach-Holmes; grandchildren, Joe, Justine, Stephanie, Brittany, Jesse, Harley, Emily, and Oliver; great-grandchildren, Carter, Audrey, and Everett; a brother Buddy (Daba) Roff; a sister; Dolly (Dennis) Rowell; and his longtime-companion, Kathy Anderson.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and will fund the Oncology Treatment Department at Lakeview Hospital.

Services will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at the Two Harbors Community Center.
