Patrick Lee LeBlanc Jr., 55, of Silver Bay passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 20,2016 at Carefree Living in Silver Bay.
Pat was born August 31, 1960 to Patrick Sr. and Lois “Tootie” (Engman) LeBlanc. “Pootsky” as his mother affectionately called him, graduated from William Kelley High School in 1978, and Duluth Business University. He worked at Carlson Companies for several years in the Twin Cities before moving back to Silver Bay to work in the family business- North Shore Oil & Propane. Pat most often could be seen with a Coke and a smile. He was the first to lend a hand and never missed an opportunity to say Thank You.
The family would like to extend a huge Thank You to the staff at Carefree Living for the excellent care he received for the past 5 years.
Pat was preceded in death by his father, Patrick LeBlanc Sr. in 2015; grandparents Alice and John Engman and Edmund and Hannah LeBlanc; uncles, Jack Engman and Pete Korach; and aunts, Sharon Mooney and Bernice Korach.
He is survived by his mother, Lois “Tootie” LeBlanc; brothers, Guy (Paula), Wade (Crystal) and Mark (Wendy); nephews, Drew (Chelsea), Brian, Jack Brock, Troy, Gavin, Blake and Carter; a niece, Stephanie (Brent) Mathison; great-nephew, Landon; grandmother, Mary LeBlanc; great-uncle Ben Matchulak; uncle, Larry LeBlanc; aunt, Karon Engman; and special friend, Laurie McDonnell.
Services will be held at 1 PM on Thursday, January 28, 2016 at Faith Lutheran Church in Silver Bay. Burial will be in Silver Bay Cemetery.
