Nancy Anderson

Nancy Lee Anderson, 71, of Two Harbors, died Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at St. Luke’s Hospital.

Nancy was born to JK and Kathy (Giddings) Anderson on November 4, 1949 in Two Harbors, where she was a longtime resident.  She was employed as a bartender and waitress at the American Legion, VFW, and Moose Lodge and was also a housekeeper at Superior Shores.

Nancy will be remembered for her helluva sense of humor and being an amazing cook and seamstress.  She was affectionately known as: Nasty Lee ( from her father), Lizard Lips (from her husband), and Mother, when she was annoying her children, and mom when she wasn’t.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Linda, John, and Brad; and an infant brother, Jimmy.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Russell; children Brad Parsons, Tammy Saxon, Michelle (Rian) Lisdahl, and Jennifer (Shane) Anderson; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and sisters Kitty, Betty (Dennis), and Joni (Dan).

According to Nancy’s wishes, a private gathering will be held.
