Michael Bruzik

Michael Bruzik, 53, of Two Harbors, formerly of Alexandria, died Thursday, May 17, 2018.

He was born on July 24, 1964 to Marvin and Maureen (Stoetzel) Bruzik in Browerville, Minnesota.  Mike grew up in Hastings, where he graduated from high school.  He attended Alexandria Technical College and Concordia University obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. Michael married Noel Roos, and they have been together for 17 years.  He was a wonderful stepfather to their children Jessica and Katelin.  Mike worked as a mechanical designer in the community of Alexandria until the Spring of 2017, when he and Noel moved to Two Harbors.

He enjoyed snowmobiling, fishing, hunting, working on motors, hiking, cooking, boating, and spending time with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, and mother, Maureen.

Mike is survived by his wife, Noel; step-daughters, Jessica and Katelin (Zachary Matthews) Roos; father, Marvin; sister, Mary (Joe) Steidl; brother, Mark (Donna); father-in-law, Michael (Jean) Goheen; and many nieces and nephews.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 5-7 PM Monday, May 21, 2018 at Cavallin Funeral Home in Two Harbors.  Services will be held on Thursday May 24 with visitation at 10 AM until the 11 AM Service at St. Mary's Catholic Church ion Alexandria.
