Marjorie Krog

Marge Krog, 80, of Two Harbors died Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at the Benedictine Health Center, after a brief illness.

She was born on August 20, 1936 to Lewis and Irene (Andersen) Gerber in Frederic, Wisconsin, grew up in Danbury, and graduated from high school in Webster.

On December 3, 1966 she married George Krog, and would have celebrated 50 wonderful years of marriage together this December. They lived in Duluth for several years until moving to Two Harbors in 1978. She was a homemaker through the years, and also cleaned homes for several families in Duluth, and later Two Harbors.

Marge was a member of Shepherd of the Lake Lutheran Church. She enjoyed times at the family cabin in Danbury.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Marge is survived by her husband, George; daughters, Viola (Eric) Hanson of Two Harbors, and Alma (Rob) Teigen of Ramsey; granddaughters, Alexis, Katarina, Audrey Hanson and Pauline Seydoux, and April and Natalie Teigen; sisters, Arlene Main of Danbury and Karen Magneson of Cottage Grove; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 12 Noon until the 1 PM service on Sunday, October 9, 2016 at Shepherd of the Lake Lutheran Church in Two Harbors.
