Lyle Peters

Lyle H. Peters, 85 of Duluth, died Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at St. Luke’s Hospital. Lyle was born in Two Harbors to Harry and Freda Peters, where he grew up and attended high school. He went on to marry his high school sweetheart, Leone, and become a registered architect and part owner of Architectural Resources, Inc in Duluth.

Lyle enjoyed spending time on their property splitting wood, partridge hunting, horseback riding, and caring for the dogs and cat, including the various wildlife that would visit. He especially enjoyed traveling with Leone in their RV to favorite destinations out West. His hobbies included restoring vintage cars and tractors, and creating a model train landscape.

Lyle was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife, Leone, two daughters, a son in-law, five grandchildren, two grandchildren in-laws, one great-grandchild, one on-the-way, and brother, Jerry.

Private services were held at Cavallin Funeral Home. Lyle is laid to rest in Lakeview Cemetery in Two Harbors
