Lollie B. Johnson, 95 Two Harbors, died Monday, July 9, 2012 in Ecumen Scenic Shores.
She was born January 25, 1917 in Greene, Alabama to Tureheene E. and Ada Belle (Guest) Yancey. She was married to Edgar Johnson Sept. 11, 1943 in Keener, Alabama and moved to Two Harbors in 1947. In addition to raising her family, she and Edgar enjoyed camping and operated the HomeKraft Bakery for many years.
Lollie is preceded in death by her husband Edgar W. Johnson in 2002; daughter-in-law Gloria Johnson; brothers Willard, Willie V., Wilson and Edwin Yancey; sisters Kathleen Theys, Hazel Roebuck, Nadine Fanchier, and Estelle Grimes.
She is survived by her sons - Bruce and Ed (Lois); daughter Brenda (Mike) Jacobson all of Two Harbors; grandchildren - Todd, Eric, Terry and Tracy Johnson, Jason, Kristi and Nathan Jacobson; 11 great-grandchildren; brothers T.E. (Rosemary) Yancey and Horace Yancey; brother-in-law Emmert (Dorothy) Johnson; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be from 10 AM until 11 AM on Thursday, July 12, 2012 at Cavallin Funeral Home in Two Harbors, followed by a graveside service in Lakeview Cemetery.
