Lisbeth Lovold

LISBETH THINGVOLD LOVOLD Lisbeth T. Lovold 87, of Finland, died May 16, 2011 at Ecumen Scenic Shores in Two Harbors.
She was born November 14, 1923 in Kristiansund N., Norway. At the age of 6, she moved to the United States and lived in Brooklyn, New York, and then moved to Duluth. Lisbeth attended schools in Duluth, and Two Harbors. She moved to Beaver Bay, where she raised her family, and later moved to Finland. Lisbeth was a member of Sychar Lutheran Church in Silver Bay, Zion Lutheran Church in Finland, and the Sons of Norway. She enjoyed St. Urho's Day and celebrating her Norwegian heritage.
Lisbeth is preceded in death by her parents; son, Lance Henry Lovold; and a grandson Jaime Lovold.
She is survived by her son, Dennis (Wendy); daughter, Beth Lovold, both of Englewood,CO; 5 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
Memorial Service will be held 2 PM Thursday, May 19, 2011 at Zion Lutheran Church in Finland. Burial will be in Beaver Bay Cemetery.
