Lillian Marker, 97, formerly of Two Harbors, passed away Friday, June 15, 2012 in St Louis Park at her daughter's home.
She was born on April 9, 1915 in Two Harbors to Norwegian immigrants, Nick and Julia (Pedersen) Nelson. Lillian was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence, sisters, Annie Wick Swanson and Ruth Langley, and brothers, Astor and Charlie Nelson.
She is survived by children Steve (Lynn) Marker, Jack (Carolyn) Marker, Peggy (Bryce) Purdy, Pam (Lewis) Luyster, and Paul (Mary) Marker; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a sister Margaret Swanson; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 1 PM until the 2 PM service on Friday, June 22, 2012 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Two Harbors. Burial will be at Lakeview Cemetery.
