Jeanne Kuronen

Jeanne M. Kuronen, 91, Two Harbors, died Thursday, January 14, 2016 at Ecumen Scenic Shores in Two Harbors.
She was born January 6, 1925 to William and Florence (Atkinson) Riddle in Birmingham, Alabama. Jeanne grew up in Birmingham and lived in Two Harbors since 1946 where she operated the Two Harbors Credit Bureau for 26 years until retiring in 1986. She was a member of the United Church, Pioneer Crafts Cooperative and Voyager Artists. Jeanne was known locally for her piano playing. She enjoyed working with stained glass, old TV westerns, and reading.
She is preceded in death by her parents; two sisters; and husband, William in 1992.
She is survived by sons, Roger Lynch of Washington and Kevin Lynch of Winona; daughters, Gloria Anderson and Doreen (Ron) Studier both of Two Harbors; step-sons, John (Teresa) Kuronen of White Bear Lake, MN and James (Amy) Kuronen of Duluth; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10 AM until the 11 AM Memorial Service Thursday, January 21, 2016 at the United Church. Burial will be in Silver Creek Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to donor’s choice.
