Jayne Conway

Jayne Conway, 57, Silver Bay, died Saturday, February 7, 2015 in St. Luke’s Hospital, after a long illness.
She was born March 15, 1957 to Clarence and Millie Goette in Two Harbors, grew up in Finland and graduated from Kelley High School in 1975. She married Greg Conway in1976 and they made their home first in Finland and later in Silver Bay. Jayne worked as a cook at various restaurants in Finland and more recently in the laundry at the Minnesota Veteran’s Home.
Jayne enjoyed her dogs, traveling to Cass Lake and California to visit relatives, swimming, snowmobiling, and time spent with her family and helping anyone she could. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in FInland.
Jayne is survived by her husband, Greg Conway; daughter, Molly Conway; a grandchild on the way; her parents, Millie and Clarence Goette of Finland; brothers, Ronald (Charlene) Goette of Two Harbors, Rick (Shawn) Goette of Silver Bay, and Jon (Windy) Goette of Finland; a sister Pat Goette of Duluth; and many, many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 AM Friday February 13, 2015 at the Clair Nelson Center in Finland.
