James Corwin

James "Jim" Bradley Corwin, 65, of Silver Bay, MN died November 1, 2015. He majored in finance at Moorhead State University, where he was a charter member of the Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity.

Jim met the love of his life, Deborah Forsythe, at MSU, and the two married on July 17, 1971.

The focus of Jim's life was his family.  His four children blessed him with nine grandchildren. For the past few years Jim and Debi enjoyed fishing, hiking, four-wheeling and adventuring throughout the north shore.

All of Jim's friends remember him best for his sense of humor.  His groaner jokes, followed by his raucous laughter, filled our hearts with joy.

Jim was preceded in death by his father, Gene, and his sister, Susan.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Debi, his mother, Adeline, his brother David, sister Judy, his daughters Michelle Johnson (Dusty), Shila Tobosa (Kevin), Amber Ebert (George), and his son Adam, as well as nine grandchildren: Freja, Elise, Naomi, Maximo, Ronan, Hansum, Juliette, Gwendolyn and Xavier.

Private services were held.
