Galen Olson

Galen Olson, 92, Two Harbors, died Friday, June 29, 2012 in Lake View Memorial Hospital.

He was born on July 5, 1919 to Gideon and Inga (Stenman) Olson in Grygla.

Galen was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Glen, Kenneth, Lawrence, Vern and Lyle, and a sister Eileen Thompson.

He is survived by his sons and daughters, Richard Olson of Two Harbors, Gayle Fleck of Finland, Larry Olson of Perris, California, Roger Olson of Seattle, Washington, and Debra Barber of Saco, Maine; 6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; and sisters Violet Wold and Ethel Gonnering.

Private burial will be at Lakeview Cemetery, Two Harbors.
