Elnora Hagen

Elnora Ann Hagen, 90, of Two Harbors died Friday, September 18, 2015 at Ecumen Scenic Shores in Two Harbors.
She was born on January 7, 1925 to Claude and Gertrude Ellsworth in Utica, New York. Elnora graduated from Binghamton City Hospital School of Nursing in Binghamton, New York and worked there as an assistant head nurse and later as a Nursing Instructor at Presbyterian Hospital in Denver, Colorado.
On August 15, 1947 she married Herman O. Hagen D.D.S. and together they made their home in Two Harbors in 1949.
Elnora was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, the Sarah Circle, and taught church school for many years.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Herman; and sister Sarah Stein.
Elnora is survived by a son, Stephen (Catherine) Hagen of Amery, WI; a daughter, Erica Koski (Andy Haugan) of Two Harbors; grandchildren Lori Sather, Scott (Deb) Hagen, Eric (Sarah) Hagen, Kim (Corey) Swartout, and Marcy (Brian) Bentler; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 AM on Monday, September 21, 2015 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Two Harbors.
