Delores Burger

Delores Burger, 81, of Two Harbors died Wednesday, April 30, 2014 in Ecumen Scenic Shores.
She was born on March 5, 1933 to Edmond and Rose (Czech) Janey in Flensburg, Minnesota, where she grew up. Delores graduated from Little Falls High School, and worked at Cargill as a bookkeeper. She met Florian Burger in 1957, and they were married October 27, 1958 in Flensburg. One year later, they moved to Two Harbors, where they raised their family. Delores was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and enjoyed playing bingo, listening to music, and going on outings.
Delores was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Carol, and brother, Raymond.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Florian; daughter, Mary; son, David; brother, Florian (Betty); sisters, Margaret (Vernon), Rosalyn (Michael) and Lucille (Ken); sister-in-law, Pat; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5 PM until the 7 PM Rosary Prayers, Friday May 2, 2014 at Cavallin Funeral Home. Visitation will continue from 10 AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM on Saturday May 3, 2014 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Two Harbors. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery
