Carl Raatz

Bud Raatz, 74, of Two Harbors died Friday, April 19, 2013 at home.

He was born on June 7, 1938 to Carl A. and Rose (Lathrop) Raatz Sr. in Duluth, where he grew up and attended schools. Bud was well known as a jack-of-all-trades and a master welder.

Bud enjoyed all outdoor sports especially hunting, fishing and golf.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, sisters and a daughter, Bonnie.

Bud is survived by his wife Connie; sons, Ed and Allen; and many nieces and nephews.

An open house gathering of family and friends will be from 4-8 PM on Saturday April 27, 2013 at Cavallin Funeral Home in Two Harbors.
