Bruce Alden

Bruce W. Alden, 71, Two Harbors, died Thursday, February 10, 2022.

He was born September 7, 1950 to Donald and Margaret (Moe) Alden in Duluth. After growing up in Silver Creek, he has lived in Two Harbors for many years, where he had received services from DRCC since 1999 when DRCC purchased a home from another provider. He also received day services from DAC for most of his life until retiring in 2021.

Bruce loved his western movies and music. He was especially fond of the group know as “Postmodern Jukebox” as they performed songs from the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s. He had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to joke with everyone. His smile was priceless and could always make your day better.

Bruce was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by a brother, Paul (Sally) Alden of Deephaven, Minnesota; a nephew, Scott; a niece, Michelle; and many cousins.

Visitation will be from 12:30 until the 1:30 service on Monday, February 21, 2022 at Cavallin Funeral Home in Two Harbors. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery.
