Adele Anderson, 84, of Two Harbors died peacefully on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Ecumen Scenic Shores in Two Harbors.
She was born on September 23, 1934 to Arthur and Aili (Knuutti) Wick in Ely and grew up in Two Harbors. Adele worked as a nurse’s aide for many years, although she worked various other jobs.
She enjoyed watching game shows, MASH, reading the paper and crossword puzzles.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband JK Anderson; sister, Helen (Karl) Olson; brother, Harold (Janet) Wick; grandchildren Gabriel Heaslip and Charles Oman; great-grandson, Ian Oman; and the father of her children, Ed Oman.
Adele is survived by her 6 children, Earl (Peggy) Oman, Mary (John) Backen, David (LeAnn) Oman, Suzy Oman, Laura Worland, and Karl (Dawn) Oman; 18 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at the Community Center in Two Harbors.
